Played NCAA Division II Tennis at Ohio Dominican University and graduated with an honours degree in economics and finance. He played number 1 doubles and number 3 singles for the team and received numerous academic and athletic awards during his 4 years. Claude knows what makes prospective student-athletes stand out from the pack: he worked in the university admissions department and actively assisted the tennis coach with reviewing and recruiting players for the team. Ralph played tennis professionally on tour for numerous years before coaching at a performance level. His perspective as a successful athlete and coach brings to the team knowledge and experience that benefits all our candidates. Based in the UK.

Lucy has a wealth of knowledge and can offer first hand insight into women’s tennis in America. Lucy is always on hand to mentor any of our female players and help guide them through the process. Based in the UK.
Jessica Weeks
Senior Recruitment Specialist
Jessica represented Great Britain in various age groups while being ranked as high as no.1 . Winning national titles along the way and achieving her junior world ranking through the ETA and ITF circuits. She went on to play NCAA Division 1 Tennis at Long Beach, California and helped the team get ranked as high as 18. Nominated for NCAA women of the year, achieved academic all star throughout the four years, part of the SAAC and achieved a first with a communications major and a marketing minor. Having achieved world ranking points before injuries ending her career after college tennis she now proudly joins the TSUSA team.
Jessica holds valuable knowledge and experience in being a professional athlete while combining academics. Since finishing college she has gone onto various roles within sport. Having been a director at Sutton Tennis Academy, the current resource manager at the Wimbledon championships for IBM & JTC, Youth Sport Trust tennis mentor and founder of Sports Support Network. She is passionate about helping others on their journey within sport and we are excited to work tougher here at TSUSA.
Natalia Kozel

Natalia comes from a very strong playing background, starting as a top junior in Poland and later moving on to play college tennis at Division 2 level in the United States. Natalia brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and has a true passion for college tennis and helping others follow their dream of studying and competing in the USA. Based in Poland

Ex-tour professional and top performance coach to junior and men’s teams. Mark has sent several athletes to the US on scholarships to Division I and II universities. Based in the UK. Richard Surtees
Currently head Performance coach at a brand-new indoor training facility in Grantham. Richard coaches and mentors young performance players. His experience and knowledge helps young players reach their dreams of playing collegiate tennis in the USA. Based in the UK.
